Rugby Shirts

The rugby shirt feels like a natural progression for us. In the same way a colourful pair of socks can change the feel of an outfit, a rugby jersey has always had that same ability. The names Mayday and Malone come from Sam "Mayday" Malone, Ted Danson's character in Cheers — never overstyled or forced, just lived in and naturally worn.

Rather than producing a nostalgic replica, the aim was to make something sturdy, timeless, and easy to wear. Made in the north of England, every detail carefully considered. Two styles, eight colourways, and the kind of rugby shirt that improves with age.
