With more than 150 years of experience in a mill on Scotland's west coast, which has been weaving since 1866, we felt confident as we embarked on our development journey.
Our watch caps, made from 100% lambswool, utilize the finest materials and undergo regular testing to ensure the yarns' purity. This commitment enables us to weave, wash, brush, hand-cut, and meticulously finish our exquisite accessories, followed by a detailed quality assurance check.
We still use a century-old wooden milling machine to pummel the cloth, releasing short fibres for a softer touch. Our specially cultivated Italian teasel plant heads are hand-harvested and brushed with a hint of Scottish water to achieve a ripple effect.
